Trending @Accenture; Does anyone has any idea about mid year scene for S&C practice? Curious to know about hikes and promotion slots

Obviously no mid year hike for S&C, it has never been in picture. However, on the promotion, i heard that the slots were very very less this time. And got to know from one of the AD that this time even after finalising the promotion outcomes, the HR has reached out to the Leadership to confirm again if they want to further trim down the numbers. And some have got the confirmation and some teams are yet to receive confirmation. Finally by 13th all the HR teams will get the response and then after final round of reconciliation, the results should be out to Talent Leads and MDs by 15th max. Then to your people leads by 17 or 20 May and then the HR will setup a meeting with all lead groups to guide them on when and how to release the results. So don’t expect anything before end of week of 20th May.

There is pin drop silence among management peoples whenever we raise this topic. I can see no hope for mid year hike. In one on one call as well my manager said there will be no hike. #sadLife

After going through the Q2 results, there is no hope left for mid year. Management is asking informally to wait for Dec’24 now. The people who are getting promotion/level change will get a hike and there are no possibility for others.
