🎧"Quick Calls" draining energy?
Since I work remotely, I get a lots of dms asking for quick calls. Every time I see a message, I get slightly panicked. Is it normal? How do you guys deal with it?

My manager doesn't talk much when we work from the office
I have noticed this thing that when my team works from the office my manager hardly conducts any discussions but whenever we are working from home she would call for like every other thing.
Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this?
