I joined Hp inc last month genai team after 10 day training started till this month after on which project they allocate, timing, location and what work because I will be going from Diwali holiday

Not sure what you mean by converted to HP payroll. But I know 2 people who joined Capgemini amd started working in projects and later when they tried to switch from capgemini , they were offered roles from HP in the same project. Don't know behind the scenes.
