Trending @HCL; Does anyone ever have an experience with a drunk/or high teammate at the office?

When i found, such a person , I booked a cab and asked him to go home then and there. This is a HR case, he can be terminated for such action.

Let me share why I asked this. I once had an incident when a coworker went out to meet a friend during lunch. Came back after 2 hours around 3PM and was drunk. You could small the alcohol from a distance/

He hardly did any work that day but he was very much fun and wasnt coding at all
