Does anyone countinued parents health policy after resignation.what will be charges of individual policy?

Please go to health insurance app in ultimatix and download policy continuation letter. It will also have contact number to check for price as per the various offers. The document that you will get there can be used to extend the insurance after you leave tcs.

In Mediassist portal there was a link called "Policy continuation letter" when clicked, it popped up a window which mentioned an email (atul.khedeka@newindia.co.in) to which, we need to send screenshot of policy page as advised by separation team. I sent the same, awaiting Atul's response. Separation team said they will respond in a week's time.

I sent mail on 8th September, i.e., 7 days back, didn't receive any response yet.

I also asked seperation team what I do if they don’t respond within a week's time, they said you can mark HIS email.

Is the process any different for others? I am very anxiously waiting for the response.

After resign , check in his website bro. Or you can check with new India assurance before resign, they will respond in calls and then get email contact, then officially get confirmation in email with them. Don't waste time in checking with TCS hr, they don't know anything except threatening employees.
