Does anybody know when promotion from c3a to c3b will be released, they have collected data in September.

HR first said October mid, then November mid, then November end, then December 1st week and now they are saying after December 16th

Expected on jan25 with arrears from November

I talked with HR, She is telling now in Q4

Instead of asking this on grapevine, everyone should send an email to their HRBP and cc it to that Milind Lukkad. They will not do anything unless they feel pressure. If they receive even 5k mails everyday asking for Promotion update, they will feel the heat.
