Trending @Infosys; Does anybody know the year end reviews self evaluation rules for folks in bench?

Currently in bench and reporting to delivery manager and nobody else, have been for 5 months now. Self evaluation last date is approaching and not sure whom to submit it to or even IF I have to. Please clarify, if anybody knows. Thanks
