Trending @Capgemini; Does anybody face any consequences for not following back to office policy?
Not yet I guess but people do coming to offices but the option to work 12 days in office in a month and rest work from home is really good. Even 12 days also not following by everyone it seems.

If 12 days a month not possible to work from office then do they take any action or not?
I think that we have to see if any emails or stuffs comes for that. I guess people are waiting for atleast a warning for that, those who not coming 12 days a month.

Only mails as of now. No consequences as such in Capgemini. If your day tally is short by 1 day take a leave it will be counted as WFO if it is by 2 days then take leave for 3 days. Since only 60% of a day is counted as WFO in case of leave considered so (3*60%)=1.8 or 2 days

Can going 10 days a month can be warning bell?

Yes, I was on the bench and not completed 12 days a month. So my average BTO days were not fulfilled, During my ratings time they told the reason for BTO compliances, and gave me a 4 star rating though I got a billable opportunity. Now they are planning BOTP for me.

Same with me I also got 4 rating due to BTO only my manager gave me exceeding but it got downgraded by senior management

Of course. Based on my info - For ppl on bench it resulted in call for explanation , and for others it was denying of promotion / hike.
In other companies say TCS they made it mandatory to have 83% attendance to be eligible for variable pay

Even though if you are in project you will get email from HR for not following 12days office
