He is a polite rmg in the entire hyd TCS. Very sad. Whatever might be the reason he should not have committed.
TCS caring about mental well-being is for newspapers / Ultimatix banners. Gone with Ratan sir.

People should remember - Work is just a part of life. Work should never be one's identity in life.

The reasons which led to Rohith Devalla's untimely demise should be thoroughly investigated and if the upper management is found to be guilty, they should be dragged to the courts.

Only, then justice can prevail.
