Does anyone know what’s this survey is all about?
Why they are doing this survey?
What they want to do with that?
Yes, I got this twice in last couple of days. I believe they wanted to check the employee preference. Also, I think CG is planning to expand in Tier2 & Tier3 Cities and hence they want us to choose the location. May be whichever location get most, CG can start its office & will ask those employees to start working from there, as they selected in the Survey. This is what I think, but Not sure about the company HR/Policies might be using for something else. Let’s hope for the best.
Many people are resigning attrition The rate is too high that is why they are sending email
Now people will think about waiting for some more time to relocate to home town
Any one know exactly what is this.
