Trending @Accenture; Does Annual Talent discussions that happens in July helps for promotion?
I have no offers in hand but had interviews from big 4 and feels 90 days of notice period is tough to convince hr. Do i get promotion in September if i say it is difficult to sustain in current role without promotion/ hike for last 2 years ? I am in CIO project. Very little learnings for core sustainability part i feel like moving out.

It can help but by now you should already have visibility Speak with your manager and at least get a sense of what does it look like for you
90 days notice period - it's really ironic that companies that themselves have 90 days are saying thery are not okay with candidates with 90 days
