Does amazon account management team for North America flexible enough to work from home or login from home in odd hours ?

My friend has got an offer for Account management role in Amazon for North America sellers management and shift timing is 3 pm to 12 am. Wanted to understand if amazon allow to log out early and then can log in from home or hybrid or any such flexibility. Please help
