Projects are being asked to release 10% min personnel from a project (Especially those with high CTC and in very cut throat margin projects the number is touching 25%)

After getting released, the people are benched for approx 35 days during which they are given a "fair" chance to find a project else they are asked to resign.

C3B is targeted only cause of the CTC factor. Otherwise everyone and anyone on bench is on the same boat.
