They will try to absorb you in some stream. Don't worry.. it might not be the one you got trained into maybe if you have spent so much time in bench..
I have heard some rumours of freshers getting terminated due to not getting a project on the bench, is it true?
People get terminated, rolled off and resign everyday especially people who are there on bench for more than three months. For freshers, mostly 4-6 months, but after that history!!
Layoffs are 90% off time rumours. I have learnt that pattern. Whenever market dips or some geopolitical shit happens. You’ll start hearing this rumours. You stay connected with ur DU leadership. don’t sit at home. Connect with them offline usually all talk and listen to u in person. If there is any bad news coming. There is good chance you’ll evaluate with their answers. Just dont directly ask.
