good old days are over
in good times they even sponsored full time mba
my lead this mba but it was not sponsored, manager just told him they wanted to promote him to a level snd needed an mba as requirement

How did it work before? Full time sponsored mba means whole thing paid, 2 years off, no salary I'd of course assume, but return back to acn immediately on completion or ppl can get placed elsewhere? Then does acn give immediate hike/promo on returning back from the sponsored mba, or wait for next cycle? Lastly what about job security, same role remains and in same team or goes away, and need to find fresh project on joining back?
