My project didn't confirm getting allowance for overtime but I added 9 hours on MyTE for working on Saturday for the whole day on testing.

They wont allow you to charge more than 45 hours in timesheet for sure. Usually project maintain separate excel - if you are working on weekend for 9 hours, ask for comp off on any working day. This would be much better.
