Trending @Accenture; Does Accenture HR asks for the offer letter for retention?

I have received an offer of 60% over my base pay from a different employer. But they do not provide the same on email to avoid miss use of the offer. The offer is uploaded on the recruitment portal.

I need to inform my People Lead and resign. I am just thinking they might retain me. Will the HR or the PL ask for the offer letter ?
