Trending @Accenture; Does Accenture have any cooling period?
I’m currently working at Accenture on a project for XYZ Company. I have received an offer from XYZ Tech Hub, which is a GCC owned by XYZ but currently operated under ABC Company, where XYZ is a client.
Since I’m already working on a XYZ project at Accenture, I’m concerned about any potential conflict of interest, non-compete clauses, or restrictions on moving to a client-affiliated GCC.
Would this transition be an issue from a policy or legal standpoint? Has anyone made a similar move before? Any insights especially from those familiar with Accenture policies would be greatly appreciated.

Does this XYZ company know about this situation ?

Yes they are fully aware of it that I’m working with accenture. It’s because I’m working in their project only. So basically of the senior director from xyz reached out to me and wanted me to work from gcc instead of working from accenture end.

Issue is this xyz is asking to get a NOC from accenture which I doubt that I’ll get considering I’m working on that xyz project
