Does Accenture give variable pay

Is there any fixed % that Accenture gives as a variable pay. Do they modify that in an offer letter. E.g CTC is 20LPA, then 18 is fixed and 2 lpa is variable. That means 20% variable. Now, out of 20% how much are people actually getting. i.e 100% = 2L full or less.

There is a range of % in the variable. Its not fixed, depends upon your current level, performance, rapport, and budget. Never a 100%

Dont fall for the trap. Try to increase the fixed part

Today I gave Accenture Interview for Java backend. How many rounds do they take before releasing offer? Many people got offer just after one assessment and one Interview. I got link to select 2nd Interview. Does this happen for project Interviews?
