Trending @Accenture; does accenture and HR approves for distance learning program and provide proctor

I was looking for particular distance learning course from one of the Indian college but it requires a proctor from my current organisation and approval from HR

my doubt is will HR approve for this as this is 30 months 1.5 yr course.

Even if HR approves I doubt my team and manager will provide proctor for it.

If yes then what’s the procedure
