Does a degree hold value or will it cease to exist in the near future?

Stop asking dumb questions just go through all the big co's and all the famous startup job descriptions all of them require you to have a degree. How will you differentiate and prove your qualifications? (unless you are a Coder, GFX, or Video Editor).
Shaadi kartey time ladki (vice versa) wallo ko kya bolega? Me 12th pass hu aur mene app cooker whistle counter app banaya hai?
A degree will be relevant for at least the next 50 years. Stop watching dumb F's like Varun Mayya (video editor), Ishan Sharma (social media marketer), and Warikoo (motivational speaker). None of them have any credibility to prove a degree is worthless except for quoting facts and specific cases majorly from the west.
Ishan Sharma dropped and has no degree and still uses the tag of Bits to get into the limelight. (vo bhi Bits goa 🤦).
Varun Mayya - Manipal ki degree. Warikoo - ISB ki degree.
The thing is you can still do all the above shit they do with having a degree. As they have one LOL.
Ok Bye

Don’t take advice from Instagram or Twitter. Real life is different. They won’t even consider your resume without a degree on it.
You won’t be able to ‘gain the right experience’ without a degree. Won’t even able to start.

Funny. I hold 8 year experience and I'm a manager currently.
But i see where you're coming from.

Do you think there’s a saturation for you in terms of growth opportunities?
Have you came across any friend/colleague who moved higher up without a degree?
Even if the answer is yes, consider we have so many people chasing so few jobs. Why’d anyone take a person without a degree when he has option to take someone with a degree, everything else remains same.

@grapevine bug alert: can’t see the end of the 2nd option after the ellipses 😅

Do you mean a bachelors or a masters degree?

The above 40% are those who have a degree and highlight them in their Resume LOL.
Ask them to get a job by saying to their employer they are just 12th pass.
