Also, IPF and bands are not correlated.

You better try to search for new opportunities, if you do not have extraordinary rapport with immediate manager and DM, I can assure 3.9 IPF cannot be ended up with A.

Rating is not only the deciding factor for ur band,others factors are what is ur grade and how many of ur teammates are from same grade.

Please always remember your manager chooses which band to give you or others. Rating doesn't play any role at all.
