Only perk we get is free food delivery at office, and that’s it. They say we are a hospitality company so no normal leaves. All festive leaves are optional (out of which you can avail 7 in a year) except 26th Jan, 15th Aug, 2nd Oct. No work from home culture. Come to office or take leave.
