Do you work with latest major versions of libraries in your codebase?
I've been working in a product based firm and they keep pushing new features to site, there are some old packages and libraries which I think should be migrated to latest versions which don't just let devs work on latest version but improve performance issues as well. However PMs and EMs don't easily understand this. Is it the same for others as well?
Almost major versions of library
Behind by 1 or 2 major versions
