Trending @Capgemini; Do you work till the very LWD or not?
How can I avoid heavy tasks or any tasks at all during NP? I am a core resource, I did as per usual iny first NP, even encouraging new joiners to start being proactive on tasks and I have been maintaining documentation. How do I let myself not work too much, I want to concentrate on my interviews and studying rather than mentoring or completing user stories. Other resources are lazy af, so I end up doing most stuff, this will be detrimental, I want to nip it at the end, I have tried my ways. I really need your advice on how to not work during my last 2 months.
It all depends on your nature. If you can't see work just hanging like dead meat then nothing can make you stop working. But if you become lazy AF like your colleagues then you will see wonders.
