We all know moonlighting is something that triggered back all this work from office culture. I have been here pre and post lockdown times and frankly speaking there was way lot productivity among the associates although we can't deny the fact that we would manage chores simultaneously!

In a way that was an outstanding and an unorthodox move as per the Indian IT culture. Moonlighting started to take on during the lockdown and somehow organizations fell back to the old regime of locking associates within the campuses for xx hrs a day ensuring that enough mental and physical energies are drained for associates to do nothing but go home and retire. Somehow no one put their efforts in finding ways to curb moonlighting without a need for work from office.
Your posting things here would never change any leadership people Those r decided by Tss its parent company not any tcs member So let it be And yes wfo will continue 25-25 model will not work cause builders owner of buildings raise issues banglore and other cities pg owners created issue Gvt said tertiary sector is completely gone whn u do wfh they also created issue Not moonlighting exactly. Moonlighting was never the reason for wfo from wfh It was just said marketing gimmick
