Do you use a company 's health insurance?

I have asked around 5-10 people and they all have personal health insurance. They never register for the company 's insurance and use a personal one. Is it advisable to use a company 's health insurance lifelong and dont have a personal one.

Corporate insurance is much better than personal insurance. Many things are not covered by default in personal insurance. Also, personal insurance has copay.

I have used my company health insurance when I got into a really bad accident a few years back. And there were no issues whatsoever. I would say if it is a company/corporate health insurance then things seem to be much more smoother than the personal one, but this just a personal opinion.
