Do you tip the Delivery partner ?

Let's not encourage this tipping nonsense, look at what the workforce in the US has ended up with. It eventually somehow becomes the customer's responsibility to make sure any service employee is paid fairly. Any tip needs to be purely optional (no shaming) and the compensation for the delivery partner needs to come from the employer, even if there is a higher delivery fee.

The company must pay them well. If they are going against the odds to deliver my order (bad weather, rain, heavy traffic etc.) then sure, I’ll tip but for regular deliveries I won’t.

I tip only if weather is bad.

I tip when i ask them to buy someting extra.
