Do you think you can be replaced by AI? Be honest

There are good quality vaccum cleaner, dish washers , washing machines, did they replace the maid system in India?

We do not focus on the quality of the output, we focus on the ego for hiring people.

AI comes or even something better pops up, we will continue to hire people. Managers will go crazy of they don't send " please take care" email, without tracking entry/exit time, HRs will go crazy of they can't conduct Friday games, ethnic day/Halloween nonsense..
Our mental faculties lie on hiring people.
