Do you think the Grapevine app has become faster recently?
I ask because we had released a major performance update about 1 week back. Wanting to see what everyone's experience has been
It has become smoother. But there are lags at unexpected places.
But all in all, good. A big kudos to @Micheal_Scott and the entire team at Watercooler Chat 🥳
Better than last version but lots of room for improvement.
I am using perplexity ai for some work and was astonished to see the speed and lite it is.
Major lag is with the coupling of the app with the api + spinner. Decouple it.
Just a quick question, does grapevine use React Native for mobile app??
It feels less erratic now 😄
The home page seems faster but individual page or topic loading seems slow.
It has! Even the DMs are working so much better (they lag some time but that's okay)
