4% - 8% Hikes at TCS
TCS set to roll out hike letters with payouts likely in 4-8% range https://m.economictimes.com/tech/information-tech/tcs-set-to-roll-out-hike-letters-with-payouts-likely-in-4-8-range/articleshow/118308568.cms
Of course, anything less than inflation means you're getting a paycut. Not to mention the starting pay in TCS hasn't been increased in over a decade!
Of course it should. It should be inflation+ x. Specially when they don't have a DA component. But why will it? It is the government that should impose this on private organisations, otherwise it will never happen.
Do you think private sector companies have changed this DA term to special allowance?
DA is DA. Special allowance, city allowance etc names cannot be compared. Your basic+DA goes into computation of pension. None of these allowances will be considered. DA is supposed to be an adjustment for managing inflation.
Lmao. One can dream but I don’t think companies like tcs run on employees empowerment. They literally call employees as resource because thats what we are to them.
Hmare sochne se kya hi hota h.. i dont think TCS will do it anyhow..
Cognizant has minimum 7 to 8 % hike for average performer
