Of course, anything less than inflation means you're getting a paycut. Not to mention the starting pay in TCS hasn't been increased in over a decade!

Tcs stopping tcs to do it, chomu ceos and chomu higher management stoping tcs to do it, fake PR stoping tcs to do it and many more which I can't remember now

Of course it should. It should be inflation+ x. Specially when they don't have a DA component. But why will it? It is the government that should impose this on private organisations, otherwise it will never happen.

DA is DA. Special allowance, city allowance etc names cannot be compared. Your basic+DA goes into computation of pension. None of these allowances will be considered. DA is supposed to be an adjustment for managing inflation.

Lmao. One can dream but I don’t think companies like tcs run on employees empowerment. They literally call employees as resource because thats what we are to them.
