Do you think quality of vegetables, fruits has decreased over last few years?

I don't know man if I'm being honest. Some days you feel the taste as you always did, some days you don't
I always feel the taste in everything. Until some maniac tell me “sabzi me namak kam hai”. And then I’ll start feeling “namak kam” hai too.

Classic case of leading survey question

Thanks for pointing out. What would have been a non-leading question?

What do you think about the quality? Keep it simple. Results may just vary 3-5% though

Soil is losing its potent, over growing of veggi and borewell water usage. At times sewage waters, not to mention pesticides

I feel the quality has decreased drastically due to over farming, gmo, and polluted water.

Stark contrast in taste : Mumbai vs North Indian vegetables.
No taste in veggies in Mumbai , cooked same dishes with same method.

In tier 1 cities yes , in tier 3-4 cities no .

Watch the veritasium video on this on YouTube

All good ones get exported. Many corporates are hiring farmers as in like contract basis to supply as per their requirement.
Unless you live close to farm , the veggies are shitty.
The ones that come to cities are probably the rejects.

Our soil is dying and farmers are using more chemicals to make up for the loss in soil quality
