Do comment your thoughts, amid the layoffs what should we do to get more interview calls ?
I have felt naukri helps more than LinkedIn. I don't know if i am doing LinkedIn wrong...

LinkedIn
IIMjobs
Neither linkedin or naukri, both times i got jobs were because my company HR reached out to me on email and decided to go ahead with processes
So idk how it actually works lol
How did your HR got your resume ?
Well they asked over email specifically, but how did they find me? No clue
What about iimjobs - is it any good in getting calls
Haven't got any calls from them.
Naukri services are ridiculous.
LinkedIn does help. I have been contacted by few HRs. I don't think Naukri Premium does
