Do you think it’s difficult to work with older people as bosses or colleagues ?

On the contrary, older people tend to have more maturity, deep knowledge of their jobs, more insight & understanding of how organizations & industry work, and they have been in the industry for long enough to know how to behave professionally in all situations.

Personally, I find it much easier to work with them, than with younger folks who are still green and still on the path to learning some of these things.

They are set in their ways and they don’t like that being challenged. But for a maturity POV, they are far more sorted.
