Do you think IT companies should change the interview process? Given that colleges does not push of core cs fundamental.

I am glad to see more than 50% people have opted the option of "CS fundamentals are required skills". I just hope people who are at entry level should also realize and master it. Without CS fundamentals it will be very difficult to find a place in this shirking IT industry. I doubt is any professor seeing this post but I feel they are equally responsible for guiding student in right direction.
