We deserve everything but we can't maintain everything.

Cleanliness is not the main issue but the backward thought process that train is a government property and anything related to government is our baap ka maal and we can make it dirty or destroy/steal it as we pay taxes... This thought process needs to change.
Cleanliness will follow automatically then.

Well if Indians can pay for tickets and taxes , hell ya they deserve everything,
Please get over your mentality of west , and just see their metro you will realise how civilized Indians are. And ofcourse wear and tear happens to everything, if it's a public useable things the it's life will end much early.

They should conduct civic sense test before alloting tickets

Change india will work hand to hand, we know that people, politician, administration and govt are divided on opinion. So india can't be changed, we will see few new things like metro and train but as time passs those will also become a normal. I only see delhi metro is the best project of india.

Arey! These trains are too damn expensive for an average masala eating Kanpuriya. Despite this, whenever such irresponsible people get on board, they get way too conscious to do such things.
Man, that's why you don't see masala spits on metro, but you can see them in Kanpur Metro!

India Deserve so much more brother.. Countries who got independence when we got are far ahead of us in terms of all the better things... and here we are asking this type of Question.. Yet you will see all the Bharat Ratna given to politicians only... Only 1 industrialist only.
