Trending @Cognizant; Do you think CTS would bring RTO as 5 days mandate soon?

Already we are 5 days week

Not for everybody because they have to spend more on office infrastructure.I report to madhapur mindspace office where it is difficult to find good chair and wifi it really sucks.

There is no more hybrid for people in bench already, and some projects too… so i think soon by next year everyone might have 5 days a week… but i reallyy hope hybrid mode continues

In my ODC there is 5x strength than the occupancy. Waiting for the day when all people report from office at same day 😂

Then there will be a fight for the flexi seat 😂😂
