Do you think buying resale apartments through auction is good ?

I don't know how it is related to tcs but it depends. If you r getting a lesser market rate than ok. Also get into details about why it is getting auctioned. One of my relatives bought a flat in such an auction from axis bank and the previous owner went to the high court and the court put on a stay on that flat auction and his money got stuck for 7 odd years. So be cautious
