Trending @Accenture; Do you think Accenture's policy of 50-50 gender equality is making unskilled people go up the ladder?

I support Meritocracy, If there is merit,hire 100% women or men, dont care. Mathematically its impossible to have this 50-50 ratio and also have the best possible employee.

I don't think that's true, since I have female colleagues who are waiting for promotion from 3-5 years as an analyst but haven't got it, and for sure they deserve it but one guy got promotion who barely does anything but have great communication skills out of all of us, From what I think communication skills matters the most
