I have shared a overall structure with them. I don't share more because it will create a high expectations from me. FYI - I have started from scratch so a long way to go in my financial journey.

Why wouldn't one share financials with your partner? Having separate finances/accounts is understandable, but no need to hide them.

Also, your partner can be accountability partner too. They can ensure that you are staying on your charted path towards fin goals.
