Do you regret joining TCS after the RTO policies and the appraisal processes

I was once desperate for a job and I don’t regret joining TCS. What I regret badly is being lazy, ignorant, arrogant and dumb by not upskilling and being in my comfort zone for 3 fucking years. I have 5 yoe, 4 relevant and yet I feel I have just 2-3 yoe. I don’t blame TCS. I blame my own fucking ass.

I totally understand you bro! But still, you know what, I feel the same and would still blame TCS, because until this day, I really haven't come across a superior who might also be the least bit of well-wisher at work! All the superiors I've come across have been such Aholes!

What I mean to say is, TCS is having people who give you so much stress that you can't even peacefully decide what's good for you at work. They either convince or confuse!

Too much regret here….. sometime feels to commit suicide.

Omg! Bro! Your stress is totally understandable, I seriously request you to focus on your health and fitness first. Please understand that your experience with TCS should be given the least priority. If you feel it's too much just quit your job immediately. I understand that there might be various other factors tied to quitting a job, but if it gives you this kinda feel, seriously take a break, try to look at other things life might provide, take your time and decide what's good for you and your family. I wholeheartedly wish for a resolution to you. Please talk it out with someone if needed.

Bro, never even think of that. Ur family and friends would never want u to take this extreme step ever.

I regret joining TCS even when these policies weren't in place.
These new rules just made the whole workspace even more terrible and unbearable.

If you have set up to practice, you still have a great chance to take a course/ learn from various videos and upskill yourself. Give yourself 6 months to practice and see where you will be post 6 months.

I regret joining tcs till today even though I have resigned. I always think I should have considered the other offer I had 2 yrs back. I had joined tcs that time I thought my skills will grow but didn't knew that after joining I feel like fresher bcoz from last 2 yrs even after asking them to release me from project and give me something related to development, they didn't release me and my skill was reducing day by day. Even though I have done personal projects to keep myself relevant but real time work matters most. I regret till the last day.
