Do you not understand the meaning of NP?

How many of you have been asked to work non stop during notice period? How many of you felt that it’s okay to buyout from that crappy work but won’t do even a single thing! Is reluctantancy to work on NP is normal or not? Why does no one understands that person resigned because of useless work, culture, people and yet managers ask them for accountability? Per convenience, if Org. forces employee to leave without serving notice but if employee has resigned and doesn’t wanna work then rules are different. Big4s are horrible place to be at
