How many of you have been asked to work non stop during notice period? How many of you felt that it’s okay to buyout from that crappy work but won’t do even a single thing! Is reluctantancy to work on NP is normal or not? Why does no one understands that person resigned because of useless work, culture, people and yet managers ask them for accountability?
