Do you like your job?
I know that work culture in general in India isn't good. Employees deal with bad bosses, low salaries, dirty office politics, never ending traffic, long work hours, and what not... Yet, I assume there must be a small number of guys who 'chose their job'. There must be someone who is a software engineer because he or she was really interested in computer science... There must be someone who is in marketing just because he enjoyed think about out of the box advertisement ideas... Like that. Then why don't you take out some time to think, to reflect upon your life and figure out what you actually want as well as the path to get there! Just a suggestion, but maybe you can sit for a couple of hours every weekend with yourself and write down how exactly do you want your life to be... What you crave for, be it money, peace, family, travel, or a meaningful job aligned with your passion...
