Do you know if they will only stop my quarterly performance pay, or could there be any other consequences?

Since my RTO (Return to Office) is low, I have not received the quarterly performance pay. Now, with the increased Bengaluru Metro fares and travel expenses, my daily commute costs around ₹250. This amounts to ₹5,000 per month (for 20 working days) and approximately ₹15,000 over three months.

My quarterly performance pay is, of course, less than my travel expenses. So, I’m considering stopping office visits to save this amount.

Do you know if they will only stop my quarterly performance pay, or could there be any other consequences?
