I need one help. Does anyone know how to get the reference letter with desired format as per acs requirement.

And also has anyone got it..i really need some suggestions.

No manager said she can't help unless hr approves it

I don't know anyone personally. For the reference letter, create your own letterhead and get it signed by your manager. HR won't help much. Good luck.
