Three times

Infy - probably the only guy to get rejected at the HR round as fresher. They asked me if i will quit if someone pays more. I said yes.
Honeywell - they asked me if I have plans for higher studies. I said depends on how my career moves.
GE - i have no idea. I thought pakka mil gaya. I didn't even get a rejection mail.

So I got to know in the debrief that the candidate is not good culturally although tech was solid. He could not give appropriate examples to the situations and seemed like he did not understand the questions itself . And somehow also portrayed a lot of negative vibes

Yeah, lots of possible reasons - nonchalance, rudeness, arrogance, or if you say something that implies you might not stay in the company in the long-term
