My brain goes to hibernate mode, after I'm away on slack during weekdays, on Saturdays or Sundays our friends group catchup and discuss all kinds of stuff.

I make it a point not to talk about my work (basically the day is at work, so) at my home. Since I WFO, the work related thoughts, be it good or bad, are left along with my shoes when I enter home. Why would I even talk about it and go back to that same emotion I had at work.

I don't mind listening if someone tells me theirs though 🥴
