Do you guys prefer investing in Real Estate through Fractional Ownership model?
RE fractional ownership allows investors to own a part of any kind of property when it’s unlikely that they can buy it in whole. It has proven to be giving better returns than any other investments such as Gold, Bonds, debentures, FD, MFs

Buy real real-estate. Land that you can own.

Need a lot of moolah for that saar

I agree. If one has the capacity to buy a whole piece, nothing can beat that choice. But where I see it is from a pure securitised investment perspective. I feel it’s better than any other form of investment other than Private Equity (not everyone’s a millionaire to invest in startups) and Capital Markets (It’s highly volatile, takes time commitment and requires great knowledge). Real Estate investments are a win win game.

Yes, want to participate in it. Am not getting enough idea on how to get in on it. @JohnWillie , would love if you could touch upon this a little here in comments and share any links to get started with it

Thats great. It provides better yield and value appreciation than ETFs, gold, bonds, MFs while still being a very stable asset class. And right now there are three good market players (Strata, Aurum YieldX, ReStack) and their portfolio concentrates on Commercial RE. I am currently building a product on the same and my investment instruments can provide 2X returns on existing competitors. Still testing the REFMs through Pilot. It’s a new way to investing in RE and Indian developers benefit greatly from this investment form. And democratising RE and making investing in RE accessible to all kinds on investors diversifies their portfolio.
