Do you get yearly bonus ?

Hi .. so I wanted to know like when you actually get bonus from the company? Is it during the Diwali period or the financial year end.

Also if you get bonus, does it based on your ratings and how often does company cheat and pay nothing even after showing Variable pay in offer letter.

Yearly bonus? Ha! Companies use it as a carrot to keep donkeys running. Diwali or financial year-end, it's a mirage. Ratings? Another corporate joke. "Variable pay" is the biggest scam.
