Trending @Cognizant; Do you find Cognizant TMP useful for PDP?

I’m going to be in pdp and exploring tmp portal but all the jobs are mentioned incorrectly. Thumbnail is programmer and when you click its mentioned senior process executive ( I’m looking for senior process executive).

Agree with you. I tried to refer people and for Senior Process executive role, the roles and responsibilities lemtioned their would be for a team leader. i think CTS is using the SPE/SME posts and to fill TL roles with the same budget as SPE/SME.
